Taxes and Duties

Based on the country where you would like to receive the products, duties / import costs might add up when you receive your order – it is mainly the case for destinations outside the European Union.
We ship to your destination on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis: relevant import taxes and duties will be added by the countries customs upon arrival to the desired location. Please contact us if you have questions about this / need assistance.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging (including labels) can be returned within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to do so, please contact us through the contact, mention your order details and we will provide you with return instructions - please note that we cannot refund taxes, duties and return fees. Upon inspection we will refund the amount to your desired account.
